About the Role
As our Customer & Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our daily sales and customer care operations. Your time will be split evenly between Customer Support (50%) and Internal Sales Support (50%), making you a key connector between customers, agents, warehouse teams, and internal departments. You’ll help ensure smooth communication, accurate order handling, and happy customers across multiple European markets.
🎧 Customer Support (50%)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Manage aftersales cases—returns, exchanges, and warranty claims—in collaboration with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Guide customers through every step of their order journey, ensuring clarity and confidence from purchase to delivery.
- Maintain customer portals and shared files with up-to-date order, shipment, and invoice details.
- Follow up on overdue payments together with our finance and sales departments.
- Monitor customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements.
💼 Internal Sales Support (50%)
- Process customer orders and prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists, and sample shipments.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM/ERP data with precise customer and order information.
- Assist with creating sales and order reports for management.
- Coordinate with regional agents (France, Austria, Spain, Germany) on order entry, confirmations, and commission updates.
- Manage master data such as customer accounts, price lists, and product records.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate communication.
- Support trade fair preparations, marketing activities, and sales materials when required.
What We’re Looking For
- A commercial mindset focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
- Fluency in English (Dutch, German, or French are strong pluses).
- Proficiency with MS Office — especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, Exact Online, Odoo, or similar).
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on.
- Experience in B2B or export environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and documentation is an advantage.
